What is happening to my drive?

This picture really shows the progression of a drive breaking up.  The far joints were salvaged with our process, but the joint near the bottom had to be torn out and replaced after our repair.

The process starts with water infiltrating underneath the slabs, which probably means your joint sealant is starting to fail.  Vehicle traffic across the slabs pushes out the water from any available joints and cracks.  Some of the sub-base material is then carried out with this water.  Have you ever noticed a sandy parking lot?  You eventually reach a point where the concrete starts to crack and break due to the lack of support.  The problem starts to spread like a cancer taking more of the slab with it.  You eventually reach a point of no return where tear out and replacement is your only option.

Our goal is to keep you from reaching that point.  Our cementitious gout is pumped under the slab to replace this lost sub-base.  That is where our slogan “We Save Concrete, You Save Money” comes in handy.
