Accessing a void in a box culvert is usually not easy.  Yes, buckets and ropes were used in this repair.

We can void fill and stabilize under whatever you want, but you have to rule out underlying issues like plumbing first.  The parking lot pictured didn’t have an issue with plumbing, but it did need some tear out and replacement after we were done.
